ORTHOTICS: The 2025 Cutoff Date for custom orthotics is December 16, 2025 at 12:00 noon. Orthotics ordered on or after December 8 that are needed before the end of the year may be subject to a $30.00 rush fee. If your appointment is on or after December 8, please contact us to ensure that we can meet your insurance company’s requirements by the deadline and to pre-book an orthotics fitting.
